If you look in Webster's dictionary, the word community is defined as: 1. A social group of any size whose members reside in a specific locality, share government, and have a cultural and historical heritage. 2. A group of organisms, both plant and animal, living together in an ecologically related fashion in a definite region: an oak forest community.
