Community Characteristics

The community you live in will have certain characteristics that make it unique from other communities. For instance, a student from St. Cloud lives in a community that is very different from a student who is from Albany.

 

How are these two communities different? List some of those differences below.

Can you think of characteristics that are the same in all communities?

C. Why does your family choose to live in this community?
D. What do you like best about your community?
E. If there was one thing you could change about your community, what would it be? Why?
F. When you become an adult, will you choose to live in this community?

    Why or why not?

G. Tell about one current community concern or issue that is making news in your community.
